Support has been responsive and practical, especially when handling server-side operations that we couldn’t perform directly due to restricted access (such as cross-account file transfers). In one recent case, the team quickly assisted with a local server-side copy between a staging and production environment, which saved significant time and avoided unnecessary data transfer overhead. Communication has been clear, requests are handled efficiently, and the support team shows a good understanding of real operational needs rather than just providing generic responses. Superb communication throughout

One of the things I value most is their communication. Always prompt updates on support tickets and the level of detail is excellent instead of some companies that don't explain anything behind the scenes and leave you in the dark. The same excellent communication ahead of time with changes to infrastructure which may affect services. And last but not least, transparency and promptness with cyber security related incidents/precautions. I only use a tiny portion of the service available (predominantly email) but have been very happy overall.
